Unlike traditional construction our builds are build as detachable panels in a controlled manufacturing facility. Once the home arrives on site it is then built by Canadians. This method reduces building costs and speeds up the build.  It also offers consistency in all builds. As environmental concerns rise in the industry, this form of building also reduces on-site waste as each home comes complete and precut for assembly.
